           Yuta Tanaka


Yuta, CSCS, CPT, is a Fitness and Injury Prevention Specialist. Yuta has a Bachelor’s degree in iNeurobiology, Physiology and Behavior from U.C. Davis. Over the years, he has coached several soccer teams and has been a strength and conditioning coach for various age groups. He is currently a coach at Burlingame Soccer Club (BSC), and also runs the Fitness, Agility & Injury Prevention programs for the BSC and SMC Star.


           Nadine Waeghe


Nadine, MPT, ATC, is the owner of Elevate Performance and Physical Therapy in Redwood City, CA, offering comprehensive sport sciences services to enhance an athlete’s game and health. Nadine has a BS in Pre-Med Biology and a BS in Health & Physical Education with emphasis in Athletic Training from Hillsdale College. She also has a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Emory University. Nadine has worked for University Athletic Departments, the sports medicine division of a large health care corporation, outpatient physical therapy clinics, and professional sports. She has worked with athletes of all ages, Special Olympics, collegiate athletes, Olympic athletes & the USOC, and professional athletes, most recently 8 years with the WTA.

           Sarah Rowe


Sarah, ATC, LAT, grew up in Southern California and was very active in sports, especially soccer.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. For her college internship, she worked with UNLV football, baseball and women's soccer teams, as well as a local high school. After graduation, she worked as an Athletic Trainer at Perry High School, Arizona's second largest high school in Chandler. Perry had 5 football teams and over 1,200 athletes. Sarah is currently at the Community Health Network Sports Medicine Clinic in Indianapolis providing athletic training coverage for Whiteland Community High School. 

           Molly Stenhouse


Molly, CPT, CMT, is a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist at the PJCC in Foster City. She has an MA in Education from Clemson University and is currently pursuing her AS in Biological Sciences at Mission College. Besides physical therapy, she specializes in rehabilitative/corrective exercise and orthopedic massage. Previously, Molly volunteered as a Physical Therapist Aide at the VA where she helped care for patients with traumatic brain injuries. She also worked at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, to rehabilitate injuries and help patients learn to use the right form and body mechanics.
