11+ is a complete warm-up program to reduce injuries among male and female soccer players aged 14 years and older. The program should be performed, as a warm-up, at the start of each training session at least twice a week. It takes about 20 minutes to complete in its entirety. The program should be supervised by a coach that has been trained on the proper technique of how to do each exercise to ensure the players are performing them correctly.
